Create Your Account
Sign up at varsal.app with your email or Google account. You get a 7-day free trial with access to every feature — just add your payment details to get started.
After signup, you will be guided through a quick setup wizard that connects your first data source and configures your dashboard.
Connect Your First Integration
Varsal supports 50+ integrations across payment processors (Stripe, RevenueCat), analytics platforms (Firebase, Mixpanel, PostHog), app stores (App Store Connect, Google Play), and banking providers.
Start with your primary revenue source — usually Stripe or RevenueCat. This single connection unlocks MRR, ARR, churn rate, LTV, and subscriber counts. Your credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never leave our servers.
Explore the Command Center
The Command Center is your home screen — a single-page summary of your entire business. It shows your most important metrics with sparkline trends, an AI-generated briefing, and a health score.
Click any metric to drill into its detail view with historical charts, forecasts, and contextual insights. The more integrations you connect, the more cross-domain metrics unlock (like LTV:CAC ratio and magic number).
Add More Data Sources
Navigate to Settings → Integrations to connect additional sources. Each new integration enriches your dashboard with cross-domain metrics that no siloed tool can provide.
Connect your banking data to see burn rate and runway. Add your analytics platform for DAU/MAU and engagement metrics. Link your app store accounts for download and conversion data.
