Connecting RevenueCat to Varsal

Pull your mobile subscription data into Varsal for real-time MRR, churn, and LTV tracking.

Why Connect RevenueCat?

RevenueCat is the most popular subscription management platform for mobile apps. Connecting it to Varsal unlocks real-time MRR, subscriber counts, churn rate, LTV, and monthly financial breakdowns.

If your app uses in-app purchases or subscriptions on iOS or Android, RevenueCat is likely your best data source for revenue metrics.

Getting Your API Keys

In the RevenueCat dashboard, navigate to Project Settings → API Keys. You need two keys: the Public API Key (starts with "appl_" or "goog_") and the Secret API Key (starts with "sk_").

The secret key is used server-side by Varsal to fetch your subscription data. It is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored and is never exposed to the browser.

Connecting in Varsal

Navigate to Settings → Integrations in your Varsal dashboard. Click "Connect" on the RevenueCat card. Paste your Secret API Key when prompted.

Varsal will immediately validate the connection by fetching your current subscriber overview. Once confirmed, your dashboard will populate with MRR, subscriber counts, and historical monthly data within seconds.

What Data Is Synced

Varsal pulls the following from RevenueCat: current MRR, active subscribers, trial users, monthly financial breakdowns (revenue, refunds, churn), subscriber growth over time, and LTV estimates.

Data refreshes automatically. Your Command Center always shows the latest figures from RevenueCat alongside data from your other connected sources.

See all your metrics in one place

Varsal connects your tools and shows every metric on a single screen. No code, no spreadsheets — just clarity.
